Marc Bellapianta is a Professional Broker-Associate with Watson Realty Corp. in Palm Coast, Florida.  He has served the Palm Coast and Flagler County area as a licensed real estate professional, since 1991.  Marc previously held the position of Regional Manager for the Watson Realty Corp. Association Management Division, as a Licensed Community Association Manager overseeing the management of fifty communities in the local area.  He is the past Broker Owner of Flagler Palm Coast Property Management, a successful real estate company, which he owned and managed for more than eighteen years.  Prior to relocating to Palm Coast, Marc was a licensed real estate professional in Aurora, Colorado, for twelve years.

Marc was recently installed as Vice President of the Flagler County Association of Realtors, a professional organization recognized as the voice for real estate in Flagler County.  He serves on multiple Realtor committees at the state and local level.   He is a Graduate of the Florida Realtors Leadership Academy Class of 2017 and the Flagler County Association of Realtors Leadership Academy Class of 2016.  As an active volunteer in the community, he previously served on the Affordable Housing Committee for the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners and was recently appointed by the Palm Coast City Council to the Palm Coast Code Enforcement Board.

Marc is a military veteran and retired officer with twenty-four years of service in the Air Force and the Air National Guard.  He attended college in Colorado, majoring in Marketing and Business Management.  Marc is originally from Absecon, New Jersey.
